Excellent Roof Replacement
After inclimate weather in JUly, a representative from MD Roofing in Myrtle Beach (Coty) contacted me to advise of the recent inclimate weather in my area that damaged other neighbors'roofs. Coty examined the roof of three (3) houses that I own and found that one (1) had wind damage to shingles. This happened to be the residence I live in - insured by Farm Bureau. Coty worked with Farm Bureau and Farm Bureau paid to have my roof replaced. MD Roofing scheduled the work and arrived when they were suppose to. The work was completed and since then heavy rains and winds have occurred with no leaks at all. We are very pleased with Coty and MD Roofing, so much so that we replaced the roof on one of my rental houses with MD Roofing as of today 08-27-2024. Could not have asked for better installers and salesmen. Thank you MD Roofing. A great roofing company.

The timing of our 1st encounter with MD Roofing could not have been better. We knew our home needed a new roof and had been researching GAF certified companies for a week or more when 2 young guys with a drone showed up at our doorstep. They completed an inspection, provided a report of findings, reviewed those findings with us, helped set up a call with our insurance provider, walked our roof with the insurance inspector, worked with us after the initial claim was developed, and reviewed what would happen next if we chose to sign a contract with them for roof replacement. Zack made this front end effort go smoothly and was always there if we had questions. The actual roof replacement took about a day and a half. The team protected our landscaping and did a good job cleaning up at the end of the installation. Because this was an insurance claim, we needed to provide proof of replacement to receive the full claim amount. Zack (and I'm sure others behind the scenes) pulled together the required documents for our insurance company. We appreciate the expertise and willingness to help navigate the insurance requirements. Everything Zack told us about the company lined up with the research we had already done to select a roofing contractor. If you have a roofing project, especially one associated with an insurance claim (my experience), I recommend you give these guys a call. They did a great job for us!
